Free Website Critique Submission Guidelines
! IMPORTANT ! READ THIS ENTIRE POST BEFORE REQUESTING A CRITIQUE
Webforumz.com offers free 'basic service' website critiques. Critiques are performed by staff and / or experienced forum members who may wish to post their comments.
Some users may go into great detail for your critique, others may only write a few lines. However, all feedback is golddust, and should be treated as such. If you are feeling generous, you might feel inclined to use the “Thanks” button to show your appreciation.
One thing to keep in mind is that if you abandon the thread, then so will the users.
We like to keep the Critique forum as free from rules as possible, but have found it necessary to draw a few basic ones to help with the running of this section.
RULES:
- Only a basic critique service is offered here; covering Design, Code, Funtionality, Usability, and any general feedback the user may wish to provide.
- For an in depth review covering these points and more please become a SuperMember.
- As with WebForumz as a whole we will not tolerate any personal abuse within this section. You have asked for a critique, you may receive some negative feedback. It’s all valuable feedback and should be treated as such.
- Negative comments are to be expected, if you don’t want these to be shown in search engines then become a SuperMember and hide your critique.
- Any site deemed to have been posted purely for backlinks or traffic will be removed. Remember, all links have rel=nofollow utilised, as such you gain no PR value from posting here.
TIPS FOR A GREAT CRITIQUE:
- Show your appreciation – if someone gives great feedback, hit that “Thanks" button
- Stick around – try to take on board everything that is written, and reply to critiques made
- Spread the love – have a look around the other sites here, and offer you valuable expertise and advice to others
