(This site also uses coldfusion for advetisement display. If that is relevent to anything)
Please give any thoughts you may have regarding this website, good or bad. I have taken over a web design position to redesign this site for my company and would love to hear some outside opinions about what is working and not working for this website. This could give me some ideas, as well as provide supporting arguments for elements that aren't working as they may be hesitant to change them based solely on my humble opinion. Also, I just discovered webforumz.com and would be happy to review your site as well, just ask.

The people shouldn't talk, audio is bad, very bad... you should atleast let the user choose.
The 'bevelled' button look a bit lame imho, and you should validate the page (and preferably remove the tables).

well, the site is not bad, (see attachment) but there are some position, the picture is displaced to the right, and the lines covered letters it looks untidy, than I agree with BOcaj , people shouldn't talk it's annoying...
