hello
because i know you are great reviewers please take a time to visit and review http://www.tanicos-webdesign.net i would need some extra help for the portfolio images..the hover thing takes a time to load..is it a good practice to write some code to have them loaded before? thank you

why don't you just use css for the hover, with 2 images , one bw and one colour ? would it not be alot faster ?
i do love the site though, the only thing i can see wrong is that the email send icon needs text, otherwise they might not realise how to submit the form

the only thing that lets this site down is the image of the man with the lightbuld, sorry, but it just isn't good enough for a site like this.
