Hi all,

After many attempts that you lot may have seen, I have finally come up with a main design, and now the whole website is now complete, so could you please give me a full critique please.

Oops, that page was part of my original design, using javascript, and must have left it on the server, and when I changed the style sheet it must have done that, sorry about that, I will delete that right away, because currently there is no page there at the moment, that is the next task, anything else?

home page:

i have a dirty mind, so you may wish to reword this "service that will leave the client fully satisfied"
the text seems to "spaced for me" try reducing this
the cartoon and the icons don't really go together, choose one or the other
when clicking on the featured work - i was expecting to go to a page that detailed the work you had done

services:

you seem to jump between the first and third person - between "we" and "I" - you need to choose one style of writing and stick to it, otherwise it looks unprofessional
the bullets are not aligned correctly towards the bottom
also, most clients will not know what these technologies are, so try to expand these to show what it means to the customer

portfolio:

i would make each website thumbnail the same size
the next button goes to a page that is screwed up (see above post)
overview is good, and techologies, but it doesn't tell me what exactly you did, how long it took you, etc.

general comments:

I have only looked at this in FF2 so you may wish to review your site in other browsers
contact form - better to align the text with the edge of the input box
make your footer sexy - it's boring

I think that is enough to be getting on with

I think Stew said everything I was going to say ... and more!

Definitely get those portfolio thumbnails the same size - and how about highlighting the navigation, based on the page the user is on? (could simply be the same as the hover effect).

To add to that, make the whole form wider so that it fills the column.

Also, and it might just be me, but your cartoon / vector's eyes seem the tiniest bit off-centre.
