Need your help please
Hello designers, I need some help on my icon menu which contains the folder, mail and wizard hat icons. The placement needs work and I am running out of ideas as to where or what to do with it. Here are two more ideas I came up with but want your comments or ideas. Thank you very much for your help!

Wow, You have some really nice work there.
On your sample I prefer the top option, but both look good enough to me too add to your website. Good work going on there

I agree with crackafaza. Both look good, but I slightly prefer the top option too

have you thought about dropping the top header and having a 'tab' at the top of the page outside the main header and dropping it into/through the header...
