Other Road Design Take 2

I redid my design for Other Road Design, so here it is. I had to do it quickly, so sorry for there not being any text, not all the tabs are there, not anything on the page etc. I'll try to get it touched up, but until then, any comments? Any ideas for a second color I could use? Maybe a light yellow?

i kind of like the idea, but i dont know about having the home tab on the bottom of the page. remember that your navigation should be easy accessible and clearly legible. at this point its very hard to critique this template, there is not any content. let us know when you have added more content.

Also, with a name like other road designs(which i really like), i think you need something that is unique and different from other sites. Design sites are the ultimate challenge. good luck. Also being about the same age as you, i know with school and homework, how hard it is to find time to work on projects, so just some advice that i have learned don't rush things, take your time, you've got talent.

The tab at the bottom is actually the selected page. (Can't blame you without any content and only one navigation tab) I'm going for a tabbed folder look. I'll add some content, that should spruce up the look and make it easier to critique.

I'll also change the green a little bit and add a second color.
