Free CSS Realunch
Well I just relaunched my css website. The update was basically done to make navigation easier, separate templates and to allow users to submit templates.
Also added the css navigation section and automated a lot of processes. Let me know what you think and what you would like to see added/changed. New templates and navigations are on the way. http://www.freecss.info

As you are offering CSS templates i would make sure that my HTML and CSS are valid first

beautiful site, I'm not a fan of purple but you've made it look nice and sleek. great job mate.
I've been wondering about the opacity not validating in your css, I've got the same problem with my site. I've been wondering what to do. but other than that great site.
