Looking at this design a real sense of déjà vu came over me:

Seeing as all you have done is change the colours and the header image, I would reluctant to provide much feedback on this. Yes, I know you have added a third column, but this really isn’t a huge feat seeing as all you are using it for is advertising.

I would, however, offer one small piece of advice. It is part of the license agreement that you maintain a link back to the original author for this template. You have removed this and claimed the work as your own. You may wish to put this back.

I have to agree those designs are awful similar...

The one key improvement I would thoroughly recommend is pad out and increase the line-height of your main content. It's very bunched up with little separation from the edges and other content.

My goal wasn't to make a custom design for this website but in time i will customise 100% the design elements. So far it is the best scheme i liked so far and i had to use it ... AND i don't want to link back to them because in few days it won't be necessary
