Really love the gradients, and the stylised image looks really good!

I do get a slight image repetition on the date background when i view on Vista Ultimate, Firefox, 1024x768

Needs a page title as well.

I absolutely love this blog design, well done, just I got a few things which I think can improve this website design.

The buttons saying.. subscribe to posts/comments/login, I feel these buttons need another different rollover, not just the text a rollover but the whole button, would make it more interactive.

I also think that the recent posts and archives, all the links on them, should have a background colour rollover, I think this would look nice there.

But other than that I am struggling to think of what else I can say bad about this website, so great work!

Wasn't too sure about the colour scheme to start off with, but love it

also agree about the login and recent posts buttons, maybe change the bg colour to white or orange, would give it a better affect,

Overall bold move with the orange, but i think it has paid off, great looking site

The orange is too strong and I don't like the gradients in the sidebar.

Other then that, it's very good!

I would personally have the black as the main background for your content, using Orange as a highlight tool for the right hand nav box, blog headings etc, and then place the orange background(with the pattern overlay) into your footer (although not as bright).

The top nav "about me" looks a bit strange, and I would expect the text "search this site" to be clickable as well. If it isn't maybe change this to just "search:" or get rid of the text altogether and place "search" into the button after the spyglass?

Other than that it's a great site.

Haha.... very nice web page like it too.

Like the overall look. Just scale back on the orange background. And just a suggestion on the image of yourself. Maybe try an photographic image threshold and color it the same orange as the letters. May come off a little more dynamic. The vector image is nice but too me doesn't seem finished.
