Casualii
This site is something I've been working on for a few weeks, but I'm more of an engineer than a designer, so I'd really appreciate any suggestions for making it look better:

Re: Casualii
Hi Trekx...
Your website is amazing and proffesional. First time I view it, I new what it is about. It is well organized and I can access all the links. It is clear for me that you make a big effort to get the good results of your website. In fact, I added your website to my favorite links. alsh0059 |

Re: Casualii
Thank you. I have put a lot of effort into it, but I have some very talented and hard working competition.

Re: Casualii
Is it ok if I bump this up? I'd welcome any comments, but especially criticism.

Re: Casualii
The navigation is extremely narrow, and black on red doesn't make them visible enough. Wouldn't mind seeing it padded out a fair bit more with better contrast.
The stylesheet switcher at the top with 'click me' is not very intuitive. Straight off it's not clear what it does, and the 'click me' font just doesn't suit the theme of your site. Try using colour blocks like the one seen on ColorSchemer. The logo is a little 80's for my taste, but that is a personal preference. I would recommend either shrinking it a bit or increase the size of your banner, to give a bit more 'room to breathe'. The content text could do with a bit of added line-height, perhaps shrink it oh-so slightly too? Plus pad out the area between new headings and previous paragraphs. Get some hover effects on those links! Plus a bit more content on the front page - especially more graphics - and it will really start taking shape HTH
