Good to see valid code!

You could do with padding out the navigation a bit - it's a very narrow strip currently.

The header graphic IMO is just not attractive. It's very 90's MS paint. Make it bigger and get some colour in there! After all, it is an art website!

Otherwise clean and not too crowded, but not too empty either!

Like the new and improved site. Its more structured and has good navigation now. One minor thing is the top navigation bar. Its too narrow and the highlight colour is not a good i personally think to choose. Maybe you could use a hover over highlight box which would stand out alot better. Its not easy to see when the sun is shining on the screen, very hard to make out where your navigating. Hope this helps mate!
