Crefinity
Hi, I'm a new member here. My name is Lim. I need to have some comments regarding my website www.crefinity.com, because this the first time I make a website cause usually I only deals with printing stuff. The goal for the web is to show my previous work and to make my future client feel the trust in me to do the project.
Thanks. |

Re: Crefinity
It's ok...
It all seems a little hap hazard and all over the place. Also, your use of images to display text needs sorting asap as it is a serious matter of accessibility. On pages with secondary navigation in the blue bar, the secondary nav sits a little too high in that blue bar and looks a bit nasty. You have bad compression artefacts on a lot of your images and the black text on the About Us page lacks imagination. Your English is terrible, as a matter of urgency, get someone who is fluent in English to write your content. The phrases "when were we exist?" and "Why were we exist?" make no sense (there are more errors but those stood out.) Surprisingly the code isn't too bad. I can tell it's been made in Dreamweaver or some such program because of the ridiculous way it has named it's styles (Style3, Layer 4 etc...) This is doing you, as a designer, no favours what so ever as these names are meaningless to you. Name your styles logically. If your styling a navigation list call your class .navlist or something so you know straight away what it's for. With some work this could be a good site, you just need to polish up your coding practices. For your first time making a site I'd say it was a good effort though.

Typos aren't professional:

Re: Crefinity
Thanks for the quick reply. I got some question to ask. For the typography things, the typeface I use is Arial and verdana and I set it in 10 point for the body copy. So how could I choose some other typeface so it will looks professional to my web? And about the emphasizing what I do. How can I emphasize it ?
Thanks. |

Re: Crefinity
Seriously, that isn't something that should concern you right now. You should be looking at sorting out the images and the seriously bad English.
