On your page rollover should it say "submit a program" not submit a program.

Its a little to dark for my taste, and your buttons look like buttons but have no hover.

Here I am again people. I change the graphic and I want to hear your opinions about it!

I haven't seen the "before" picture, but i'd suggest you change the backgroundcolor on the middle column to stand it out a little. I think it'll make it a little less cluttered.

btw.. I DO like yout pageflipthingy in the top-right. Where'd you get it?

I don't mind the picture, its better than the last one. However you've got a lot going on. My eyes can't stop moving. A little bit of cleaning up might be in order.

Great site ides, but how do you intent to produce profit, or is this just for free-ware?

You've obviously put a lot of thought into the site as a whole.

I think one thing that would towards 'uncluttering' the page is to darken ever so slightly the text - white on black is very high contrast making it harder to concentrate on one area without being influenced by another - try a light grey or a blue/grey to fit in. changing the central column area will also help. Nice job on the validation

I think the border should be expanded a bit so no black is outside the border, overall its beginning to look better.
