Its clean and nice, i like it
but if u start the flash menu from where its stopped for user action for other pages than the home page it will be better i think ...

The site looks good enough, although the colours are dark and oppressive. I find the music annoying, and the navigation eye-catching but annoying.

The code is poor. You haven't even declared a character encoding; do so, then fix all the errors found by the validator, then change the doctype to HTML 4.01 Strict, then fix all the new errors.

After all that, you will have valid HTML Strict code, which is a good start.

That is a sexy ass site!

The code, however, not so much. it's full of <br /> and inline styles and I don't know how you're hoping to claim valid XHTML when you're using HTML 4.01 as your DOCTYPE.... I don't care if you use HTML or XHTML, choice is yours... but get it to validate strict. Also, keep all your style information in a seperate file.

Clean up that code and this could be WOTM for sure!

If this isn't true then disregard it, but the site, at least the flash looks like a template. Especially after looking at your other work, it really is much much better than the work you have previously done. The other thing that seems to make me think this, is the fact you have an XHTML valid button when your site is html and not valid and neither is your css. I could of course be completely wrong. I would ditch the sound at the beginning it's pretty annoying. I do like the site though. Good job

I love the little animations! Good luck with this, if its all your own work and no templates etc. you should enter this into the WOTM competition!

Its the company i work for i didnt build it my boss did from scratch, no templates. I just wanted to see what you people thought of it.

I like top navigation icons/animations and the overall design

But I have to admit the sound nearly frightened the life out of me. For this website I don't think it is that necessary.

As the others mentioned the code could do with some fixes - seems weird having the - another example is using lots of non-breaking spaces to position some of the links.
