Hello, please check out my site, i have tried not to make it too complex, nor boring. Just sorting through the validation checks now, but should all be valid soon.
  • I hand coded this site, used paint for the images.
  • Added a css switcher to increase the text size
  • Some javascript to welcome, good moring etc.
Thanks
Goldy

Re: Leeyo

I very much like the look and feel and of the design, it's somehow soothing and reassuring, it made me feel all calm and smiley

A few things:

1) Couple of typos found, so a bit more proof reading needed.

2) On the contact form, the boxes really need to be lined up.

3) Your actual logo 'Leeyo' at the top isn't as good quality as it should be, it needs to be smoother, looks a bit pixelated.

4) Do you have any examples of previous work to include on there? Or are you only just starting out?

5) I did initially feel a bit confused about the significance of having a picture of Tower Bridge there. It wasn't till I went to the 'About Us' page and saw that you were based in London that it made more sense. I think if you're going to have a picture like that (and it is a very nice picture ) you should say right away on the home page that you are based in London.

Definitely nice looking site though!

Re: Leeyo

Thank you Vanessa for your very useful comments! Il have a look through and redo the things you brought up.

Im just starting out so i dont have any examples, although i do realise how important a portfolio is. Hopefuly i can add some in the future.

Really nice to hear you like it, a problem of mine is im never fully satisfied with anything i do. Suppose it can be a good thing tho.
Thanks again

Re: Leeyo

What Vanessa had said are all true. You should use a graphics program (like Photoshop, or GIMP (Gimp=free)) instead of using Paint, which seems to love pixelating things!

Re: Leeyo

I looked at you site and make the following recommendations:
1) remove the "Good Morning" above your image.
2) Site pages lack impact. You need to convince the visitor to your site that your business is perfect for them. Since there are so many web development sites offering the same services, you need to make your site stand out.
3) I do like the backgorund and the banner image.

Re: Leeyo

I have to agree with what everyone has said so far, also consider re-doing your title its very pixelated. I dont know wither this is the font or the graphics program.

Re: Leeyo

BMP, not the best for web graphics.
i use png personally.
and the image quality is great.
