TextCall.com - Service Review

Hello all!
I need some input on www.textcall.com!

I don't need a review of the site, I'm already in the middle of a re-design. What I need is a review of the service:

- Do you think this is a good idea?
- Would you use this service?
- *What kind of information is the website missing that you would like to know?
- What do you think about the cost?
- What don't you like about the service?

I'm looking forward to your opinion, good or bad.

I would change the boxes so that they are the lighter shade of blue - it would pull out the navigation menu.

So your 'service' texts you what you have just been emailed?

Unless i'm missing something I can't see a use for it.

Small business owners seldom have the time to sit in front of their email all day. Textcall gives you the ability to receive real time contact requests from your customers and immediately contact them back, where ever you are.

As a customer, I want to be contacted right away, not the standard auto reply "we will contact you within 24 hours". In 24 hours I will already have the answer from one of your competitors...
