Legends of the Game

This is the start of a website for a sports collectibles store. Eventually it will be ecommerce and thats why the Items page is a little off. Just wondering how the design looks and how appealing it looks and easy it is to use.

Easy to navigate, I like the general layout. I even like the simplicity of the look. Look forward to seeing it up and running.

I think it's a really good design - ideal for what the site is about. Small thing, I think you should have 'Home' as an option on the main left hand navigation, it's quite hard to find the small Home option top right. Also, you've used tables for the layout which I'm sure someone else will say something about. Looks good though.

A few things I noticed:
1) you do not have a doc type in your code. That's a big deal!!!!!
2)Move your internal css to external
3)It's time to make the move to handcoding and move away from tables. Your design is so bloated with unnecessary code.
4)SEO- Maybe you just haven't gotten to this part yet. Since your site is so heavy in graphics, be sure to implement alt="" h1, h2, h3, etc.
5) did you look at the validate html??? 21 errors!! eek.
6)GOOSE GOSSAGE and Harrison Toone need to be centered in that column in my opinion.

The design is excellent. Love the color choices, all the graphics and the layout!

Dislikes:
Tables for layout (see Karinnes Resources for learning how to use CSS for layout).
No Home button on the nav bar (left)
Images take a while to load the 1st time of viewing the site (on 8mb Broadband)

Overall your site has good potential if you fix those dislikes.
