matrix effect

I need some help in editting my matrix effect that i did off of a tutorial. I dont know anythig about coding, so i just copied the coding off of the tutorial. For some reason, its not working, and I need it editted.

Also, I wanted to put this effect on top of another picture, and to one side. I dont know how to do this, so PLEASE HELP!!!

I have a deadline to meet on wednesday, so any kind of help would be GREATLY appreciated!

You could just animate it to do the effect.

I did the animation, but I cant seem to get it working. There's something wrong with the coding.

the actionscript with flash MX professional 2004... am I doing something wrong? I dont think I am...

You dont need to use the actionscript if your just going to animate it.

well I am pretty new to using Flash, just used it a couple of times before, so i just used this tutorial...

if your a beginner i wouldnt advise doing that kind of tutorial just yet, it most likely has errors due to the size of it.

try some simple actionscript tutorials, edit them to do little things, learn the "syntax" or Actionscript, basic snippets etc.
then maybe try looking at the project. you may see what you have done wrong...
