menu help
My client wants the services submenu to stay there everytime someone clicks on a submenu object for example. When you click on services and you get the services submenu, when you click on liaison office she wants the rest of the services sub menu to stay there instead of having to click on services again and then open the submenu again. I'm very new with flash so i dont know how to customize my actionscrip to get it this way,
this is the website http://ubmedia.net/peyke so you can see what i mean and this is the http://ubmedia.net/peyke/leftbox.fla for you to get the fla file needed, all the actionscript is there that ive used. If someone can help me i will appreciate it as my client wants this and if i dont do it i'll be in big trouble. |

I would use a cookie:
http://www.webforumz.com/?ContentID=6&CategoryID=4 And store a number or text string indicating which submenu should be expanded. If you save that when someone clicks on a link, then read it when the menu loads, then when you navigate between pages you will always see the last submenu you opened still opened. |
