Text Animation - Writing / Painting Effect
Hi there... can anyone please help?
Client has asked for a paintbrush / writing text animation to be used in the banner. I am not flash literate.. i normally use swift !  So does anyone know how I can create this effect.. using a different programme??

I am a little confused. Do you mean you want this effect to be done in flash or in a different program? If you want it to be done in flash, I would love to help you, but you must have flash installed on your computer. If you are asking for help in another program, I can't help. Let me know.

I work with dreamweaver all the time, but I dont know flash at all... although i do have flash, but am frightened it would take to long to learn... do you know of another programme that i can do it on.. or perhaps a good image / animation library that i can use ? any help would be gratefully appreciated..

Ok sorry my response was not quick like I try to be. I was helped someone else do some PHP. Any way, if I were you I would do this handwriting effect in flash. It would be much easier in my opinion. Here is a link that I made just for YOU!! So that you can see a cool video tutorial of a guy named Craig making a hand writing effect in flash. I would tell you how to do this, but video beats all.
