Flash Games Contest

Flash Games is a new event at Shaastra 2006. Flash is a powerful design tool that is used for creating exotic web pages, jaw dropping animations.... and oh yes! HIGHLY ADDICTIVE games. More importantly, it can be mastered by someone to whom Flash is alien.

The objective for the contestants is to design games in Flash. Participation can be done in teams/individuals, with no restriction on the size of the team. Certain selected games will be put up in a Gaming Arcade - FlashDrome (the 2nd round). Final judging will be done by people chilling out at FlashDrome.

The last date for submission of entries is September 24th, 2006.

Shaastra is the technical festival of IIT Madras.

It's been posted by someone who hasn't contributed anything to these forums before.
It is not a Flash related question.
It is a post designed entirely to promote/advertise your own site/contest.
I'd say it's spam as well.

However, I also agree with Rob and Jacob in using their discretion in this instance and letting the forum members decide for themselves, if they wish to.
