Need Flash help (surprise surprise!)

Hi All,

I have to update a friend's website but am having difficulties. It was developed in Flash by a bunch of people who charged him so much he can't afford to pay them to update it and has asked me to do it.

I don't know Flash, but have a couple of recent books on Flash MX 2004 and have downloaded the free 30-day trial version from Macromedia.

As an example of a page/movie I want to edit, there's one where the movie plays, then a final display is presented. I want to add something to this display. However, when loading this movie into Flash MX 2004 it only plays so far and stops. The timeline above shows all layers as ended.

There's not much info for you to go on here, but it's a start. I really am struggling for air!

It might be in the next scene (look up Scenes), or you'd need to look for an Action at the end of the timeline that could be pointing the movie somewhere else.
