could someone explain to me why this looks fine inside flash ( when editing ) but as soon as i export it, the slogans overlay each other ??

i can't be sure, but i think you have some layers turned off/hidden so you can't see the them while developing and when you publish your movie it will make every layer viewable and publish it in your movie, unless its a guide layer.
