Help needed! Flash links not working
Hi, im not really an expert in flash, but i've made a flash navbar/header.
The problem is though, i need the links to open in my iframe. So i changed the target of the links in my swishmax document to "main2" the name of my iframe. But, the links are popping up or sometimes just opening asif im using _self target. I havn't finished the pages yet, infact i've not made any apart from the index.html (intro) home.html (main page with iframe in) and one page news.html (to open in iframe). I've temporarly uploaded it for you guys, if you wouldn't mind taking a look for me. That would be nice.  http://www.m8search.co.uk/sswd Thanks Oliver

HOW DID YOU GET IT TO WORK??? I am haveing the same problem.

Using HTML frames with flash buttons can be really tricky. Trust me I know. If your problem still has not been solved please reply to this forum. I will see to it that your question is answered.

I've scrapped the idea at this point for other reasons, but it would still be nice to know how to make a flash button link properly to an iframe.
Here's what I've got going on: In my main html, I have an iframe, and above(z-axis) it a div with a flash menu . The iframe is going to load the pages(with flash content, yes I'm stacking swfs) from the menu buttons. The problem is the menu buttons won't work. I made sure and triple checked to make sure the names are the same for both the iframe and the getURL target but it still won't work. I made a few standard html links in the same page to make sure I wasn't going insane and I'm not.
