Clouds into Text
Hello. Im trying to make a banner. In the banner i want clouds to appear and from the clouds to come out the text, or maybe for some of the clouds to convert into the text. I want to do it in a way that doesnt look cheap, can somebody help me? thanks

You mean clouds morph into texts ?
If this is what you want, you need a video editing software like adobe after effects , then export it to flash... if you mean something else please describe more
