php and Godaddy problem

Hello,
Im working on this website
http://www.chetheatre.org/
(for a good cause,thats why I think they have this Godaddy free hosting) I finished this guestbook and uploaded it and then I found out Godaddy doesnt support php.

Is there a way around to make it work? Or do i have to start from scratch? I googled some and read about asp,linux and other things i never heard of. Hope someone can help me,

I think godaddy has linux servers which support PHP

Im not sure what a linux server is,I googled but its still not clear to me.
I doubt if I can use it since the website is using goDaddy's free hosting program
Isnt there a geastbook tutorial somewhere which doesnt need php ?

Hi Mariekel,

It appears that chetheatre.org is set up on a Windows shared hosting account. We run php in safe mode on all Windows shared hosting servers.

Your best bet is to migrate over to a Linux hosting account. You can do so by using this help article, Switching Your Hosting Account Operating System.
