Flash? maybe....i need a globe map where

when some one mouse over a continent it gets a dfferent color while a tag appears with some text(info,name of continent etc..)

When someone has the mouse over Europe area, it gets red and when he clicks that area he is directed to specific url.
The same will happen for other continent as well.

I dont know if i can use other skills like css but i think flash can give me what i want easier.

Any advice plz for choosing flash or something else and if flash then how would u do it?

They didn't use all of the countries in the end but you can see the ones they did use here.

We designed all the characters and supplied most of the artwork to be animated.

I had to draw the globe on the home page 22 time so the animators could get it to spin etc
