Scroll button to scroll flash page

Hi,

I would like to make a flash file with a long article that includes text, pictures, and a video clip. It is too long to fit on a page, and I would like to have a scroll bar to scroll down to view the rest of the document.

I have looked around on how to do this, but all I can find is how to make text boxes scroll. Is it possible to have a movie clip that scrolls? Or is my goal possible some other way? If yes, how would I do it (links to tutorials would be ideal)?

My second question is: When I create the document with the scroll bar, how can I set it up so that the scroll wheel on my mouse scrolls down (or up) my flash document and not the web page?

Hello,

I have a similar problem with my site,
i want people to be able to use the mouse wheel to scroll down the page, but the flash stops it working as soon as it starts to play.
Is there any coding that can be used to make the mouse wheel work the same as it would with a html page?

Im not a flash/actionscript exper but im guessing its gonna be

Where ##keyhere## is the key or mouse button you want to assign the action too.
Would just have to find the refernce for what the scroll wheel is defined as.
