Hiding movie clips?
Hi There,
Does anyone know if there is a way of "hiding" movie clips. I have a strip of buttons that is fairly bandwidth heavy and at the moment, when a button is pushed I am unloading the swf file, and then reloading it when the user has finnished with the corresponding swf. Problem is it takes about ten seconds to load and so I dont want to be constantly loading and unloading it. Loading swf files into levels above it doesn't seem to work as there is a mask that seems to " show" through into any level loaded above it. Help! I don't know what to do. Thanks. |

Re: Hiding movie clips?
Set the Alpha to 0. and then when you want them back set the alpha back to 100.
It should be in the properties panel under color. |

Or you can do it using actionscript.
