Help!

Can anyone out there help me!

I have a scrolling image bar. The scroll bar moves under a mask on the main stage. When you click on an image It loads an external swf file into a
" Dummy" movie clip, with an instance name of "dummy". This all works fine, until you discover that there is a button " Hotspot " across the middle of the loaded swf file where the scroller used to be. ( I know that this is still under the loaded swf sile in theory). My solution to this problem was to put a rectangle filled with white covering the whole stage area of the loaded swf. This seems to cover all of the other elements, apart from the image scroller! Is it the mask that is causing this problem? If so, what is the solution? The invisible " Hotspot " just looks very unprofessional and if clicked throws you back to the home page. How do I get round this problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Help!

Hi,

Its Ok, I've just figured it out! When the button is pressed I am simply loading the new swf file into level 0, replacing the previous level 0 file, the home page with the scroller. (I want to completly replace the contents of the stage with this move anyway, so this isn't a problem.) Then the code in the new swf file simply reloads this file back into level 0 when required. Problem solved! Phew.

Thanks again.
