The flash for this site is very amateur in my opinion. It's a good example of what "Shouldn't" be a flash website. But the loading thing is done quite easily. It checks percentages and loads a certain graphic at each interval making it appear to be "building" a logo. Actionscript.org has a lot of tutorials on that as its not hard but rather lengthy.

Well there are some features in there that you can learn from of course. But its just not done that well. One thing to remember if it is something that you like then learn to do it, because while their site may be a bit amateur it doesn't mean whatever you are making is going to be. So learn to do the loading thing and use it for your own purpose. Or better yet, make a better site and send to them and say "Shame, you could have had a nice site..." lol
