Flash Site Glitches on some Computers

I made a flash website and on some computers it flickers and doesnt work, but on other computers everything is just fine. I need to make it work on all computers. Here is the link http://www.escfirm.com Any help would be appreciated.

It's very jerky, and I got a bad neck trying to read the menu. To be honest, you may wish to reconsider the design as well.

Zoinks! In IE7 it's a bit jerky....

When I pull it up in Firefox it goes totally haywire.

You could post up the file here and I can take a look at it....

Have you tested it by taking out the scrolling pictures of the staff? Take out the entire peice and see how it runs.

I don't think it's jerkey because of the computer I think it's the internet still loading the other parts of the site.

So there is one thing to test, otherwise post it up here and I can take a look at it. If you want my email address PM me.

Its not going to get scrapped so I dont need anyone else to tell me that. Everything works fine without the scrolling heads, thats the part im having trouble with.

Alright I'll see if I can find a way to optimize it, we'll see - stuff like that is fairly system heavy...
