flash with photos

I'm new at flash and I was wondering how to make a .swf file similar to this one:

I know how to make a photo slideshow but dont know how to go about this. Is there a program to help make this like Adobe Flash??

Yes, Adobe flash is the best way to go about doing this.

Those are all just a bunch of photo's converted to movieclips with a ton of motion tweens. This isn't difficult work, just a bit long for a lot of photos.

Is there a program that has a similar format of this swf file so that I would be able to just import my pictures? I figure it would be difficult to create this on adobe flash, especially the effects at the end of the animation where the small pictures fade in and out.

Please Please Please help me create this animation, I'm a beginner and don't know what else to do. I've tried to use flash but I cannot create the same effects. Is there any alternative way to create this?

Yes, by hiring someone. I don't know of any other programs to...do this. There are some image hosting sites that makes slideshows somewhat like this and there is always googling.

In actuality, this isn't hard to make. It just takes time.
Each photo is a separate movieclip. Each with its own motion tween to its spot on the workspace. The fade affect is the alpha of each movieclip. Which is just another motion tween.
