STILL Need Help Animating Psychedelic Images

My original post is just a few below this one . . . apparently those
reading it decided I had a "helper" and so didn't read further . . .


But although he tried his best, the gent helping me apparently
had no answers after I decided not to download a complete
Flash program that I felt my PC's system couldn't handle.


So, unless there are "other" Flash programs not quite so demanding,
I am still left with the problem of how to animate these images . . .
one possibility seems to be by using some kind of Video Making
program. The only problem is, I don't know which one might be
able to animate Bitmap images (and I have looked at several
already only to find this question is not answered in their FAQ's.)


Does anyone in this Forum have any answers to this knotty
problem? Or is animating large Bitmap images that difficult?
(I have no problem with converting them and even shrinking
them to 1/6 of the full-screen size, and I don't mind paying
for the software needed, IF it can definitely do the job of
animating them.)

Flash is still the best option if you want it to be viewed on a youtube player! I am sorry I didn't respond to you question yet, I was out for the 4th. Pool and relaxing...
