Low Image Quality if not zoomed 100%
Hello Everybody!
I need some urgent advice on this. I've made a flash presentation which has images of the logo etc moving. Now when i publish it into an swf, and play it in a flash player, the flash presentation shows up less than the actual size (because it was made for 1024x768, and the player reduced the size a bit), and the images break up. They appear to have rough edges and arent as smooth as they are when the same presentation is viewed at 100%. Do the images become rough and the quality goes down when the size of the presentation in the viewer is less than the actual size? how to prevent this from happening?? Please please help! Thanks! Re: Low Image Quality if not zoomed 100%
This is a tough one to fix. When you create something at a specific size and you scale it down after it is published it can distort since it is vector based this tends to happen sometimes.
You have the options to: Resize the entire project so that it is viewed at 100%, or change the format of the images - right now, are they jpg, gifs? might try using .png's which might help. Also you can try messing with the publish settings and actually publishing a lower quality version to see what happens.
