Virtual Brochure

Hi all

im thinking about createing a virtual brochure for my company website like the example below, does anyone know the best way about going about to do it i know html php and a little flash, i want it about for users to click on the brochure image and then it will take you to our product page.

I dont paying a company like www.vcab.com to do it for me, just wanted to see if anyone know a better way of doing this or another company which may be cheaper
