Help editing flash banner

Hey,
I recently downloaded a website template which included a flash banner.



I want to edit all the text on it, the buttons at the top (which when clicked link to another page), and the logo, but I dont know how to do it. I have the .fla file and the .swf files. I also have flash, but as i said i have no idea how to edit the banner.
Could someone explain how to edit it, or if they have time do it for me?

Yes, open the flash document and go to the last frame, each piece of text is a movie clip, if you wish to edit them, double click on them so that it opens that movie clip's editing field. Then in the layer list, unlock it so that you can edit it. Select the text tool and hover over the text and then edit the text to your liking.

I can edit it if you wish, what would you like it to say? And what text do you want edited?

Heres what i would like it to look like, but with the same animations if that is possible. All that really need editing is the text. Fonts dont matter too much.

home - index.php
about the team - team.php
match results - match.php
team list - roster.php
join today! - join.php
members area - members.php
