Movie in Firefox
I have a movie on my website. I purchased a template but I have changed it significantly. The header came with my template and I don't know what they used to create it, but I am assuming Flash. In IE it shows fine, but in Firefox it shows up over my thickbox overlay. It is set to WMODE=transparent, but it does not act like it.
http://www.forget-me-notgreetings.co...Christmas1.htm If you click on one of the cards, you can see what I mean. The second movie, the one with the rotating cards, I made in Swishmax and it works fine, and is behind the overlay. Is there a way to fix this in Firefox? |

Re: Movie in Firefox
Sorry I don't know what you are asking. Can you be more specific?
I've looked at the site in IE and FF and can't see any difference. |

Re: Movie in Firefox
If you just click on the link it looks the same in both. But once you do that, if you click on one of the pictures it opens a screen with the card and verbiage of the card. In FF, the header movie is in front of the thickbox overlay. In IE the overlay is in front of the header movie. At least that is what happens for me.

Re: Movie in Firefox
From looking at the code I see that header is flash as you said.
It' needs to be moved to a background but I don't have any idea how to do that. Can a flash person recommend a way to embed this so it stays as a background and doesn't move to the top over other layered elements? The only other suggestions I can make is to have your preview screen open lower and always below the flash header. Or use a static image as a background in the image and avoid the flash altogether. |

Re: Movie in Firefox
Is there a way to get this moved to the flash forum?

Moved as requested.

Re: Movie in Firefox
Hmmm interesting, I would say this doesn't need to be a flash file though. I'd just mage it an image like Lchad suggested.
That'd be the easiest fix. Otherwise....if you dead set on it being a flash header I can take a look...and try and figure it out. Cheers, Scott
