Hello,
Our company has been using an excel file for a small database and using plenty of formulas. The only thing I don't like is the interface is very limited. I'd love to use flash and make a nice looking interface but is this possible at all? What I would like to do is for the user to be able to put a store number in and have it give us the address, phone number, and any other information that we would like the user to know about that store location. Is there a way to do this with flash and have it easily updateable? Thanks for your help in advance. Nate |

Re: Flash and Excel
Yes, as long as you have a DB set up on the back end you can link them together.
You could have users input new data, or pull data all depending on what you want to do. It'd be the same concept as an internet form creating in html and then using php or asp to send the values to a DB. All depends on what you are looking to do, using php/asp might be easier too instead of flash.
