flash music player that plays music throughtout

Hello. i have a flash music player on a site that i am developing. The player is fine, thats not what my question is, and maybe this is not the right section. Anyway, the person I am designing the site for wants music to start up on the main page and then play throughout as they are going through the site. Right now, the flash player is on every page and when you go to a new page, it reloads. The two options that I can think of to make this work is use frames, which i really would rather not do, and then also to have the player open up in a new window which also isnt that great because of pop up blockers. I design the site using CSS and server side includes.

Any ideas? If this is the wrong section, can you point me to the correct one and I will post there. I am brand new to this site.

Thanks for the thread. Yeah, I figured that was the only way either to use the frames, all flash, or pop up window. All which are not great solutioins when it comes to site accessibility and search engine optimization.

I would almost have to figure out some sort of coding that when u leave a page, it keeps track of where the song is so when u go to the next page, it continues...

i have the same problem wen your talking about pop ups you could use a dhtml pop up ?? they cant be blocked that i know of ..
