How do I get rid of the message (this might be harmful to your PC do you want to activate ActiveX) that comes up when I have flash images/buttons on my website.

Cheers Dan

Re: active active X

Wait...That should only happen if you don't have the latest version of flash...OR your using IE.

Are you using IE?

Re: active active X

yeah, I've noticed that it only happens when you have flash buttons and fun stuff. Do you have any java on there too? Just wondering.

Re: active active X

I have done what the link suggested but still no joy it has got rid of the white box around the button but you still have to activate active X.

The only thing confusing me is how do other websites that have flash in them that I open in IE not ask to activate??

some help answer this question??

Re: active active X

They are using that script. That script only works in IE6, you will have to google one for IE7!

Re: active active X

There are also a couple of other posts of people with this same issue. I've posted the solution in those.

Cheers,

Scott
