Pros haven't been able to help, what now?
Hi All,
I will try and make this as short as possible. Major problem. My newly started company might not lift because of this. Need your help badly! My company is called Daviel Sound... Check out http://www.daviel.dk Our plan is to create musical intro's for other websites. We have then gotten a .swf file done, which has a cookie function (shared objects) so we can control how often the file is played. Everything works as you might see on our site. We just have the problem that, on a somewhat small connections, like 1-mbit and below, the file starts playing the sound, cuts and then starts over again. And the filesize is like only 150kb, which is nothing. So it's not because it is to heavy me thinks. Not very cool when this is the product we want to sell! A guy told me that it might be, that the player starts to stream the file as the page loads and instantly plays, but then as the mp3 file has fully streamed the file, it starts over again...? Does this sound familiar? Have attached the .fla file and scripts if you wanna have a look As the heading say's, I have had some Danish pros to look at it, and with all do respect to them, they haven't been able to come up with a solution. I so hope you can help, cause we are running out of time. And in our case, times really does mean money ![]() Many thanks David |
