Scale/Zoom with AS
i need to click a button/state on a map and then zoom in on that state.

id like to use AS instead of making a million MCs and calling them to fake it.

any ideas? tutorials? i'm googling as you read this. if i find an answer, i'l post. any help will be appreciated.

yes, of course, this is a hot deadline.

I am doing something similar at the moment i think......when im done with mine in a day or so i will send u the file and you can have a look! But i will look round for tutorial sites in the meantime,cheers

You could make an animated movie clip. Have the animation done though ActionScript. Little bit more complex but very possible.
