Need advise on adding video to sites
Hello. ive been working on adding videos to a union site that i have. problem im having is that ive uploaded a file over 93 megs. its a .mpg file. when linked to it its just not playing in windows media window. just seems to hangin loading and never play. the site page is www.fdsc5016.com/televisiontest.htm the file is the second video labeled "union video 5/30/2005". should i have not loaded it as a .mpg file and maybe loaded it as a .wmv file? any help and info on loading videos would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

WMV would indeed be a better choice. I'm not entirely sure if MPG can be effectively streamed over an internet connection, so you may be waiting while the entire file is downloaded? WMV on the other hand can play as it downloads.

trying to save the file as a .wmv . any programs out there that are good for converting videos over to .wmv? i just downloaded the windows movie maker 2.1 from microsoft but its not giving me the ability to save it as a .wmv.
