preloaders - again!

I followed your tutorial on preloaders, sirkent, and all i get in my dynamic text box is the word 'undefined'. this is my code:

Frame 1:

Code: Select all
bytesloaded = Number(getBytesLoaded());
bytestotal = Number(getBytesTotal());

if (bytesloaded>=bytestotal) {
	gotoAndPlay(6);
}

per = bytesloaded/bytestotal*100;
percent_t = math.round(per);
Frame 5:

Code: Select all
gotoAndPlay(1)
can anyone tell my why i get 'undefined'?

yea but its odd because i was using Sirkents one, and his worked fine with the lowercase m but mine had to have uppercase M and they were both being played in the same version of flash!

In Flash MX it is math.round() in 2004 it is Math.round()!

Sorry! I didn't realise! I started it in MX, then transferred it to MX 2004, but kept using the older Actionscript version and it accepted it.

Yeah, I have had a lot of problems with flash's lower and upper case especially when using tutorials... You gotta use the one for your exact version of flash or sometimes it will bug out. Kinda crazy.
