Help with this Flash animation

I am just learning Flash, and I need to create a Flash animation just like the one on the right of this website: http://www.escdijon.eu/
If anyone could give me a lead or just what I am supposed to use for me to start on this...

Are you talking about the little flash bit in the upper right hand corner? If so, that is not really a big deal...hardest part is going to be getting the professional looking images.

Yes this is the part...but I need to bring the images dynamically from a database ot from an xml doc....

If you could bring any suggetsion, I will be very grateful...

Ok that isent to hard still,but are you sure you want to do that? Is it totally nessercary because for simplicitys sake it might be just as easy to have them in the actual file as its not going to be a massive file even with them in!
