Font mapping
How can I insert a font data into a flash movie so that if the visitor's system doesn't have that particular font I use in the movie, it will automatically load it into his computer, instead of Flash mapping it to its closest font family?

You need to select a textfield - Which must be dyanmic or input text.
Next make sure the properties window is EXPANDED, this can be done by clicking the little arrow in the bottom left or double-clicking an area of the properties window. Click on "Character" and and you'll see an "Embed Font Outlines For" dialog box. Just choose all characters and you're laughing. That's the easiest way.. Otherwise you have to start screwing with creating textfields with actionscript, etc, etc, in which case they are dynamic anyway - So there is no way to do this for "Static" textfields. |

thanks for replying! Is there really no way to embed font outlines for static text? I would like the character spacing to remain... ( dynamic/input text doesnt let u do that !)
