Help Please

Hi

I am new to website design so I was approached by someone on the internet to do a reseller website program it would be $500 dollar setup fee to start and a $25 dollar hosting fee a month would have to use there hosting program. I would use there easy to build website software to build my customers websites and find my own customer if I have any technical problems contact them they handle all technical problems get me setup with a website the customer would use there hosting program also. I really need advice do you think I can make money during something like this are am I just making that person rich and I am worried I wont make any money. If anybody have any advice. Please Please let me know thanks

If you are really as new to web site design as it sounds, then you are not ready to consider reseller programs.

As a rule, easy build web site software that comes with reseller packages produces template driven sites of dubious quality that rarely if ever conform to web design and accessibility standards.

If you want to be taken seriously as a web designer, then you need to gain expertise using xhtml, css and JavaScript at the very least but you will almost certainly need php and mysql before long.

There is no shortcut to this. Get yourself the necessary software and start working some tutorials.

BTW. This is in the wrong forum. Perhaps one of the moderators could move it?
