excel issue

Hi all,

please can somebody help me.
Im running a fantasy football league at work using excel and getting fed up continually updating scores all the time as im just copying them from the paper.
I am wondering if there is any way importing the required info from a website into an excel spreadsheet?
I have tried import external data and as far as i know im doing everything right but no data is appearing on the ecel sheet, can anybody help?
I want to take the data from the sun fantasy football site (www.dreamteamfc.com)and enter it into my own spreadsheet, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey dave! long time no speak!
There are a few ways, you can use asp to directly connect to the xls file, or a better way would be to use a database to store this info and update it on a webpage.(you can import the xls data into the database) Unless you set up a screen grab on the suns website - shivers at the thought - not a fun task.

Hi Tuggers
I just select the details from the Sun Website ie Select Code 001 drag to the last Goalkeepers Pts column then right click and save, then paste into my Fantasy program so it works out all the team scores, no manually entering weekly scores from the paper
