Am i creating a CSV correctly?

Im using Excel for the very first time to create a CSV, when i open the CSV file in Wordpad i have the following result :

Filename,Description,Adult?,Category
8Ball,8Ball,No,Sport
Mustang,Car,No,Cars

Does everything look ok here, i just need to know if its correct or not?
My first time creating a CSV file.

It depends what you are doing with the file.

The format is spot on as far as I can tell, however some systems may complain about the question mark on the adult field... although some wont care.

From an example i was given by the company im working with :

Filename Description Adult? Category
xxxxx Fluffy bunny No Animals
xxxxx Topless woman Yes Adult

They included the question mark themselves so im guessing thier system will be ok with it.
Im pleased its a lot more simple than i was expecting. :o
